Today in the Central building of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan hosted the meeting under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Maksat Babayev, and it discussed the results of work of the enterprises of the industry for the past 11 months 2017.
During the meeting with detailed reports on the work performed during the past reporting period, and about plans for 2018 were made by the heads of the State concerns "Türkmengas", "Turkmen Oil", State Corporation "Turkmengeology" and the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.
The reports sounded the information on the performance achieved in the field of oil and gas condensate, and also in the field of hydrocarbon processing. It was reported that the plan for the production of gasoline made by 102.1 percent, diesel fuel – 101,1 percent, polypropylene – 104,3%, lubricating oils – 102,6 percent, liquefied gas – to 107.8%. Compared to the same period last year the growth rate of the production of natural and associated gas amounted to 103.4 percent, exports of "blue fuel" is 103.7 percent.
In addition, it was reported on the construction of the Turkmen section of the gas pipeline TAPI (Turkmenistan – Afghanistan – Pakistan – India), which is conducted in accordance with the approved plan. It was noted that currently work on the procurement of pipes and equipment.
Deputy Prime Minister paid special attention to the activities of the research Institute of natural gas of the State concern "Turkmengas" research and design Institute of the State concern "Turkmen Oil". In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister gave the leaders a number of relevant instructions for the implementation of new technologies and development of scientific cooperation with foreign companies.
The relevant heads reported on construction of gas chemical facilities – a plant for the production of polyethylene and polypropylene in Kiyanly and plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas in Ovadan-Depe, the commissioning of which is scheduled for 2018.
Also, on the meeting were discussed the preparation of a plan for conducting the training courses among the employees of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan. The implementation of this plan will contribute to the development of professional skills specialists.
Deputy Prime Minister Babayev in accordance with the instructions of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed all managers to prepare proposals for the implementation of sovmestnyh enterprises with Turkmen entrepreneurs.
At the end of the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister, noting the inherent importance of the oil and gas complex in the stable development of the economy, stated that the timely execution of all orders and the achievement of the goals set by the President in front of the property is a top priority for every employee of the industry.
