June futures for Brent crude oil increased by 6 cents to $78.29 per barrel by 7:58 GMT on May 15. This is evidenced by the auction.

Quotes of the June contract for WTI oil added 2 cents and amounted to $ 70,98 per barrel.

On May 14, oil prices, which were declining at the beginning of trading, moved to growth during the day after OPEC in its monthly report declared its readiness to support the stability of the oil market, Finmarket reports.

The price of black gold on Monday updated local highs since November 2014 on the fears of traders to reduce supplies to the world market as a result of the resumption of sanctions against Iran.

As a result of trading on may 14, the price of July contract for Brent oil at ICE Futures exchange in London increased by $1.11 (1.44%) and amounted to $78.23 per barrel. June WTI futures on new York's NYMEX commodity exchange rose by $0.26 (0.37%) to $70.96 per barrel.
