Following the results of the Turkmen-Kazakhstan negotiations in Astana the packet of bilateral documents has been signed

In Astana, following the results of negotiations between the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, the packet of the bilateral documents designed to expand partnership between two countries has been signed.

Heads of states countersigned the Joint statement, the Contract on the strategic cooperation between Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan, the Agreement on carrying out demarcation works on the Turkmen-Kazakhstan frontier.

Also the parties signed the Agreement on the joint intergovernmental commission on the trade and economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation, the Program of cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of two states for 2017-2018, the Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of counteraction of legalization of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing, the Agreement on mutual protection of the classified information, the Agreement on cooperation between Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and National chamber of entrepreneurs  "Atameken" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The separate document is devoted to establishment of the brotherhood between the Ashgabat and Astana cities.

Signing of the Memorandum between the State news agency "TDH", Turkmenistan and the International news agency "Kazinform" also is dated for the visit of the Turkmen leader.
