Russian oil imports to Uzbekistan in January-February amounted to 24.9 thousand tons. This is stated in the materials of the Central Supervisory control energy, the Russian news Agency OGIA.
At the same time, the entire volume was delivered in January, there were no deliveries in February.
In 2017, Russian oil exports to Uzbekistan amounted to 68.2 thousand tons. In particular, 30 thousand tons of oil were delivered to Uzbekistan in November and 38.2 thousand tons in December. The official representative of Transneft Igor Demin explained that all of this was about test deliveries.
On February 26, Vice President of Transneft Sergey Andronov informed that there were active negotiations between Kazakh partners and Uzbekistan to determine the volume of oil transportation.
Spot Edition.uz recalls that in April 2017, during the visit to Moscow of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a bilateral Memorandum on the supply of 500 thousand tons of Russian oil to Uzbekistan was signed.
