The enterprises of the services of the Marygazçykaryş Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern make a significant contribution to the production of natural gas at the Galkynyş gas field, which is one of the world’s largest fields in terms of natural gas resources, and to the processing and delivery of “blue fuel” to consumers. One of these enterprises is the Galkynyş water treatment facility complex of the water and steam supply workshop of the social security organization of the Directorate.
This enterprise, constructed by Turkmen builders together with specialists from a leading company of the People’s Republic of China, has been operating smoothly for almost thirteen years, steadily supplying clean water to the natural gas desulfurization enterprises at the Galkynyş field and settlements of gas workers.
