35 transactions were registered at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Businessmen from the UAE and Afghanistan for foreign currency purchased aviation kerosene and hydrotreated diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Also, businessmen from the UAE, Afghanistan and Scotland purchased ECO-93 gasoline (SC «Turkmengas»), and representatives of business circles from Hong Kong and Switzerland purchased carbamide (SC «Turkmenchemistry»).
Also, colorless sheet glass, cotton yarn, one-colored and jacquard terry products, and denim were sold for foreign currency. Purchasing countries: Russia, UAE, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.
The total amount of transactions exceeded USD 25,554,000.
Companies from UK, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Armenia purchased cotton yarn for manat funds. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 13 million 413 thousand manat.
Domestic businessmen bought cotton fiber for the local market for a total amount of over 232,000 manat.
