51 transactions were registered at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan purchased polypropylene produced at the polymer plant in Kiyanly for foreign currency. Plain dyed and jacquard terry products, as well as cotton yarn became the subject of transactions for a total amount of over 1 million 659 thousand US dollars by businessmen from the Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey.

Businessmen from Armenia, Great Britain, Turkey purchased cotton yarn for more than 3 million 837 thousand manats for manat funds.

Domestic businessmen purchased high density polyethylene (SC “Turkmengas”) for the local market, as well as hand-made carpets for a total amount of over 27 million 252 thousand manat.
