The first partners and speakers confirm their participation at the XXVIII International Conference and Exhibition "OGT Turkmenistan -2023"

YUG-NEFTEGAZ has confirmed the silver partnership of the International Conference and Exhibition OGT-2023, which will be held on October 25-27, 2023 in Ashgabat. This is reported by the Organizing Committee of the event.
A number of speakers also confirmed their speeches at the OGT-2023 conference. Among them: Secretary General of the International Energy Charter Guy Lenz; Ambassador, Head of the OSCE Center in Ashgabat John MacGregor; UN Resident Coordinator in Turkmenistan Dmitry Shlapachenko; Manfredi Caltagirone, Head of the UN International Observatory on Methane Emissions; President of GHGSat Inc. Stephen Germain; Head of International Business Development at Climate Compass Sandillo Banerjee.
The forum is organized by the State Concerns "Turkmengas" and "Turkmennebit", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" in partnership with the ES "Turkmen Forum" with the support of the British company GaffneyCline.
The purpose of the forum is to strengthen the regional dialogue on further sustainable development of the energy sector, review the latest trends in the global energy system and expand opportunities for attracting foreign direct investment in the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan.
The OGT Expo exhibition, which will be held in parallel with the conference, will present the best achievements of the domestic and global oil and gas industry, supplemented with new ideas and functions, in accordance with modern industry development trends. The new elements introduced at this year's exhibition will aim to highlight the importance of strengthening cooperation between national and international oil companies, enhancing the growing role of mutually beneficial partnerships.
Participation and business meetings on the sidelines of the Conference will increase the level of awareness of potential partners about new investment projects in the fuel and energy, petrochemical complexes of Turkmenistan.
The conference program is focused on discussing investment opportunities in the energy sector of Turkmenistan, prospects for domestic and regional development, environmental aspects of the development of hydrocarbon deposits, accelerating the transition to green energy through research and development.
