The 3rd Caspian Economic Forum starts in Tehran

The 3rd Caspian Economic Forum kicked off in the capital of Iran on February 17, bringing together representatives of the five Caspian states. As AZERTAC reports, delegates from Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan, representing the transport sector, trade organizations, and the business community, are participating in the meeting.

The key topics of discussion at the forum were the development of transport cooperation, transit transportation, trade relations and interaction in the banking sector.

The forum program includes high-level meetings. Negotiations between the heads of government of the Caspian region are scheduled for February 18.
