At the extended sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on July 10 of the year being held under the motto “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses” and devoted to the results of the past six months of this year, the esteemed President emphasized the importance of continuing the modernization of oil and gas enterprises.

Providing the population with uninterrupted natural gas throughout the year is one of the main benefits the state provides to our people. This task is the primary concern of gas utility workers. Therefore, in addition to ensuring consumers receive sufficient amounts of “blue fuel” daily, they always focus on ensuring gas equipment is perfectly prepared for the winter season – the period of peak natural gas consumption.

Drillers from the Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust, a subsidiary of the Türkmennebit State Concern, are achieving outstanding labor success. They dedicate their victories to this landmark year, which is being held under the motto “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”, and is marking the glorious 35th anniversary of the country’s sacred Independence.

The work to ensure the proper supply of natural gas to residents, institutions and businesses in the city of Dashoguz, located on the picturesque banks of the Shabat River, is a source of particular pride. This work is carried out by the team of the Daşoguzgazüpjünçilik Directorate, one of the oldest and most experienced divisions of the Türkmengaz State Concern.

In recent years, the Körpeje Gas Production Directorate of the Türkmennebit State Concern has undergone extensive technical modernization. The enterprise consistently maintains its leading position among the Concern’s divisions, performing a full range of operations – from exploratory well drilling and hydrocarbon production to the construction of gas compressor stations and major infrastructure repairs.

The Balkanabat Water Supply Directorate of the Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust is responsible for providing the necessary volume of industrial and drinking water to enterprises of the Türkmennebit State Concern engaged in hydrocarbon extraction, drilling, well overhaul and reservoir pressure maintenance.

Recently, a facility for separating and pumping oil condensate mixture from gas was built and commissioned at the rich Uzynada field in the Balkan velayat. This new facility, adding to the series of joyful events this year, being held under the motto “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”

At the Mary Oil and Gas Secondary Vocational School of the Türkmengaz State Concern, a branch of the Concern’s Training Center for the Mary velayat opened about two years ago.

The Well Workover Directorates (WWDs) of the Nebitgazdüýpliabatlaýyş Trust of the Türkmennebit State Concern in the Balkan velayat are effectively working to elevate the economic strength of our independent and permanently neutral country to new heights and to increase the volume of fuel extracted from the depths.

In the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, large-scale work to modernize the oil and gas industry, to increase production capacity, to reliably supply the domestic market with high-quality oil products and to expand the country’s export potential is underway in Turkmenistan. Great results, achieved by the Seydi oil refinery, are vivid evidence of the dynamic development of the domestic fuel and energy complex.

These days, specialists from gas supply organisations in the Saparmurat Turkmenbashi, Ruhubelent, Akdepe, Shabat and Gerogly etraps of the northern region of the Daşoguzgazüpjünçilik Directorate are purposefully working to provide liquefied “blue fuel” to villages located far from the cultivated zone.

The Balkanabat branch of Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas is carrying out modern training of young specialists for the oil and gas, energy and chemical industries.

The Lebap Liquefied Natural Gas Production Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern is demonstrating strong results in the first months of the current year. In March, the liquefied gas production plan was fulfilled by 100.4%: 9 thousand 752 tons were actually produced against the planned 9 thousand 710 tons. Significant progress was also made in gas condensate production, with the plan fulfilled by 105.8% (7 thousand 586 tons were produced against the planned 7 thousand 170 tons).
