These days, specialists from gas supply organisations in the Saparmurat Turkmenbashi, Ruhubelent, Akdepe, Shabat and Gerogly etraps of the northern region of the Daşoguzgazüpjünçilik Directorate are purposefully working to provide liquefied “blue fuel” to villages located far from the cultivated zone.

The Balkanabat branch of Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas is carrying out modern training of young specialists for the oil and gas, energy and chemical industries.

The Lebap Liquefied Natural Gas Production Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern is demonstrating strong results in the first months of the current year. In March, the liquefied gas production plan was fulfilled by 100.4%: 9 thousand 752 tons were actually produced against the planned 9 thousand 710 tons. Significant progress was also made in gas condensate production, with the plan fulfilled by 105.8% (7 thousand 586 tons were produced against the planned 7 thousand 170 tons).

On April 10, during a working visit to the Lebap velayat of our country, the esteemed President inaugurated the Mary–Turkmenabat section of the 600-kilometer Ashgabat–Turkmenabat high-speed international highway. This momentous event brought genuine joy and pride to our compatriots.

The production activities, carried out in recent years at the Hazarnebit state-owned enterprise, part of the Türkmennebit State Concern, have been characterized by exceptional results. The enterprise, which is undergoing a radical modernization phase, is systematically increasing hydrocarbon production from operating wells. Thanks to this, “black gold” experts are successfully expanding the scope of operations at the rich coastal fields of the Caspian Sea today.

Gas workers at the Marygazçykaryş Directorate, the largest and leading production unit of the Türkmengaz State Concern, are making a significant contribution to increasing hydrocarbon production in our country. These high indicators are the result of the close-knit efforts of the Directorate’s team and service department employees, united by a common goal. In particular, the personnel at the water treatment facilities in the water and steam supply workshop provide without interruption enterprises of the Directorate with purified water throughout the year.

In the Lebap velayat, large-scale plans for the construction of new gas pipelines are being implemented this year. The construction of networks is envisaged in the town of Magdanly and the Ters gengeshlik of the Koytendag etrap, in the village of Amudarya in the Dovletli etrap, in the Gyzylgum and Burdalyk gengeshliks of the Hodjambaz etrap and in the Gyzylayak gengeshlik of the Kerki etrap.

Workers and specialists at Saparmurat Turkmenbashi etrap gas supply enterprise of the Daşoguzgazüpjünçilik Directorate successfully completed the first quarter of the year, which is being celebrated under the motto “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”. The enterprise’s activities are focused on ensuring the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to consumers in the region and maintaining the reliable operation of the energy infrastructure.

Making a significant contribution to the implementation of the Program of the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan until 2030, the divisions of the Türkmennebit State Concern are successfully fulfilling their plans. Their productive work has become a worthy embodiment of the current year’s motto: “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses.” This is vividly evident in the development of the Uzynada field, located in the Balkan Velayat.

The friendly visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag, to the People’s Republic of China was a significant diplomatic event in 2026, being held under the motto “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”.

The workforce of the Gündogargazakdyryş Directorate of the Türkmengazakdyryş Association is meeting 2026 on an upswing. Today, the gas workers’ area of​​responsibility is a complex network of high-pressure pipelines totaling 3,911 kilometers. The uninterrupted supply of “blue fuel” to residents, social facilities and industrial enterprises in the Mary and Lebap velayats depends on their professionalism.

The work, being carried out under the leadership of our esteemed President to expand production capacity in the country’s oil and gas sector and efficiently to utilize underground resources, is currently yielding positive results.

Highly coordinated work at the Şatlykşähergaz branch of the Oguzhanetrapgaz gas supply organization of the Marygazüpjünçilik Directorate, strict adherence to the established schedule of planned tasks and a responsible approach to the professional responsibilities of employees of all service departments ensure an uninterrupted supply of natural gas to the residents of the gas workers’ town of Shatlyk, creating conditions for residents to enjoy the benefits of natural gas.
