The dynamically developing oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan, especially the development of the world’s largest gas field Galkynysh, requires the constant deployment of innovative solutions. Employees of this sector successfully solve the tasks set before them by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

These days, the important season continues for workers and specialists of the gas supply organizations of the Daşoguzgazüpjünçilik Directorate on the ground. The gas workers of the Directorate are meeting the winter season, respectively, the cold weather period at a high level of preparation.

The President of Turkmenistan sets important tasks to increase natural gas production by developing new gas fields in the regions of the country. In order to successfully fulfill the important instructions of the head of state, gas workers of the Türkmengaz State Concern are successfully carrying out work on drilling, construction and commissioning of gas wells.

On the eve of the 33rd anniversary of the country’s independence, during a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, the People’s Artist of the country, two-time laureate of Magtymguly State Prize, Honorary Elder of the people, teacher-mentor Saragt Babayev was conferred the title of Hero of Turkmenistan according to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. We invited Saragt Babayev for an interview.

In the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the respected President, in his speeches at sittings of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country and conferences and in his program speeches, emphasizes the need to continue the ongoing work on the comprehensive modernization of the fuel and energy complex.

This year, specialists of the Lebapgazçykaryş Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern are dynamically increasing natural gas production. Thus, in the first ten months of 2024, they produced more than 8 billion 417.5 million cubic meters of natural gas, thereby successfully fulfilling the planned obligations outlined for the past period.

Specialists of the directorates of the Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust of the Türkmennebit State Concern are making every effort to complete the year “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy” with high labor successes. Over the first nine months of this year, the Trust completed drilling operations at 20 wells, 19 of which are production ones.

In the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the population of the city of Mary, the center of the Mary velayat, is dynamically growing, and new urban residential complexes are being built. This means that Mary gas workers are faced with the task of building new gas pipelines and reconstructing existing ones for the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to the population.

A significant contribution to the work on the extraction of “blue fuel” from gas fields of one of the largest production units of the Türkmengaz State Concern – the Marygazçykaryş Directorate, and on its uninterrupted delivery to consumers is made by employees of the relevant organizations of the enterprise’s service system.

Workers and specialists of gas supply organizations at the Daşoguzgazüpjünçilik Directorate sites are carrying out targeted work to prepare gas pipelines of various pressure and gas facilities, operating in the cities and villages of the northern region, for the autumn-winter season.

As a result of the efficient work of the specialists of the Lebapgazçykaryş Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern the inflow of “blue fuel”, extracted from the depth of our Motherland rich in hydrocarbon resources, increases with every passing year.

Reliable supply of hydrocarbon raw material extractors of the Türkmennebit State Concern with technical and industrial water is the responsibility of the employees of the Water Supply Directorate. Also, one of the main tasks of this Enterprise is to fully meet the needs of most settlements, where oil workers live, in drinking water.

Gas workers of the Türkmengaz State Concern effectively use new, innovative equipment, powerful lifting and drilling rigs, purchased from the leading company of the People’s Republic of China, Jereh, which have high efficiency, when repairing production wells.

Each of the large-scale projects, initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and successfully implemented by the President of Turkmenistan, is aimed at the economic development of our country and the improvement of the social and living standards of the Turkmen population.

The year 1966, when the large Ojak gas condensate field was commissioned, is considered the year of the foundation of the gas industry of Turkmenistan. Over the past six decades, great progress has been made in this industry.
