President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and the people of the country on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic, TDH reported on July 3.
In his message, the head of Turkmenistan expressed confidence in the further strengthening of interstate friendly relations for the benefit of the two peoples.
