On August 22, a meeting was held in the Avaza National Tourist Zone between the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit to participate in the Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan summit, TDH reports.
During the one-on-one and extended meetings with the participation of delegations of both countries, it was noted that Turkmen-Azerbaijani relations are acquiring a systemic and regular character, reaching the level of sustainable mutually beneficial partnership.
As part of the discussion of issues of multifaceted Turkmen-Azerbaijani cooperation, it was emphasized that both countries are committed to the further dynamic development of interstate dialogue based on the centuries-old principles of good neighborliness and mutually beneficial partnership.
