President of Turkmenistan congratulates on opening of new village Bitaraplyk

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the participants of the opening ceremony of the modern village Bitaraplyk in the gengeshlik of Taze yol of the Koneurgench etrap of the Dashoguz velayat, TDH reports.

“I sincerely congratulate you on the opening ceremony of the new, modern village Bitaraplyk,” the head of state said in his address.

The President noted that such events indicate the country’s progress along the path of new achievements in the era of “Revival of a new era of a powerful state.” According to him, the achievements are the result of the creative work of the Turkmen people.

As Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized, this year is significant for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, the status of which has been recognized by the UN three times. As part of the International Year of Peace and Trust, large-scale reforms are being implemented in the country in accordance with long-term national development programs.

The new village includes 400 modern residential buildings, an administrative building of the gengeshlik, a service center, a post office, a secondary school for 420 children, a kindergarten for 160 children, a House of Culture for 200 children, a Health Center, a celebration center for 500 people, as well as production facilities.

The head of state noted that the construction was carried out by Turkmen entrepreneurs using the achievements of science and technology, the latest technologies and innovations.

The opening of the village is timed to coincide with the celebration of the 34th anniversary of the state independence of Turkmenistan. These days, the country is hosting opening ceremonies of many production and social infrastructure facilities.
