President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China and Premier Li Qiang of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, as well as to the friendly people of the country on the occasion of People's Republic of China National Day, TDH reported on October 1.

Noting China's significant achievements in economic development and improving the well-being of its people over the past years, the head of Turkmenistan emphasized the successful implementation of reforms to advance China's modernization.

"Turkmenistan attaches great importance to developing bilateral cooperation with the People's Republic of China. Our countries provide mutual support on the international stage, trade turnover increases every year, and cultural exchanges are encouraged," President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted.

Emphasizing the significance of his recent visit to China to attend the SCO Tianjin Summit as a guest of honor and noting his particularly warm memories of the substantive meeting in Beijing, which took place in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, the head of state expressed his firm confidence that the visit's results would serve as a new impetus for expanding our mutually beneficial partnership, and that strategic Turkmen-Chinese cooperation, based on long-standing ties of friendship and mutual understanding, would continue to develop for the benefit of both peoples.

Using this opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China and Premier Li Qiang of the State Council good health, happiness, and success in their government endeavors, and peace, well-being, and prosperity to the people of China.
