14 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Turkish entrepreneurs used foreign currency to purchase urea produced at the “Turkmenchemistry” production facilities.
Portland cement, uluk, and raw fabric were also sold for foreign currency. The buyers included Turkey, Singapore, and Azerbaijan.
The total transaction value exceeded USD 6,514,000.
Local entrepreneurs purchased base oil (Turkmennebit), as well as plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn, raw fabric, and cotton fiber for the domestic market. The total transaction value exceeded 40,395,000 manat.
