The national leader of the Turkmen people, the chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was awarded a jubilee medal for the 30th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan and a set of memorable signs. The corresponding resolution was signed by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The document was signed "Given the significant personal contribution" Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "into the implementation of cardinal reforms in the name of the development of the state and the improvement of the standard of living of society, to consolidate the status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan." And also for "increasing the country's international prestige", holding a "policy of good neighborliness and sustainable development aimed at ensuring universal peace, trust and well-being”.
The award is dedicated to the International Day of Neutrality, as well as the 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, which takes place in the International Year of Peace and Trust.
