On February 27, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital means, where a number of state matters were discussed, TDH reports.
During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Guvanch Agajanov reported on the practical steps taken by the State Concern Turkmengas to implement infrastructure projects.
As reported, necessary measures are being implemented to increase export potential and expand supply routes for Turkmen natural gas. To improve the efficiency of these efforts, cooperation is being developed with leading foreign companies specializing in this field.
In this regard, the Vice-Chairman submitted a corresponding proposal for the head of state's consideration.
After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the country is working to increase Turkmen natural gas export capacity and create reserve reserves of commercial gas.
Having approved the proposal to improve the efficiency of the State Concern Turkmengas, the head of Turkmenistan instructed the Vice-Chairman to take the necessary measures.
