Liquefied gas was sold abroad at the auctions, while polypropylene was sold domestically

Thirty transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Business representatives from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased liquefied gas produced at the processing facilities of the State Concern Turkmennebit for foreign currency.

Dyed terry products, cottonseed oil, cotton fiber, cotton yarn and fabric, raw silk, and crude fatty acids from cotton soapstock were also sold for foreign currency. Buying countries: the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Latvia.

The total value of the transactions exceeded $10,081,000.

Domestic businessmen purchased Turkmennebit polypropylene, as well as garments, cottonseed oil, cotton fabric, raw silk, and textile waste for the domestic market, totaling over 72 million 634 thousand manats.
