Products from the fuel and energy sector sold on exchange trades to foreign and domestic markets

At the exchange trades, held at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week, products from the country’s oil and gas complex were in demand in both the international and domestic markets.

In the international market, entrepreneurs from Singapore purchased heating oil from the Türkmennebit State Concern.

Kyrgyz businessmen made contracts with Turkmen entrepreneurs to purchase coarse calico. Representatives of UAE business circles purchased unpeeled dried licorice root and rhizomes. Turkish businessmen purchased Portland cement from Turkmen entrepreneurs.

On the domestic market, representatives of Turkmenistan’s business circles concluded deals with the Tükmennebit State Concern to purchase construction petroleum bitumen. Bleached gauze, raw silk and cotton fiber were also sold in the domestic market.

Raw fabric and cotton yarn were sold in both domestic and foreign markets.
