Any work ennobles people, strengthens their self-esteem and the ability to achieve goals and develops labor discipline. And that is not everything. With their hard work, the workers of the underground and major repair of wells of the Lebapgazçykaryş Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern also ennoble the chronicle of independent Turkmenistan, marking the success of this year, which is passing under the motto “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy”. Over the past five months of this significant year, they managed to qualitatively repair 11 wells, thereby successfully meeting their planned obligations. The head of the Directorate’s geology department Berdy Kutliyev proudly says that each of the site’s employees makes their own contribution to these successes. One of the frontline repair crews is working at the Malaý gas field, where large volumes of natural gas are produced. Over the past period of the current year, more than 2 billion 227.3 million cubic meters of natural gas were produced there. It is worth noting that a significant part of the natural gas produced by the Directorate comes from the Malaý field. This progress became possible thanks to the commissioning of a powerful gas compressor station. Due to the targeted use of the facility’s enormous potential, the flow of “blue fuel” is consistently increasing.
Considerable credit for the achievements goes to the specialists of the brigade of repairmen under the leadership of Nurjan Akgayev, who, since the beginning of the year, having overhauled well No. 76, achieved an increase in the volume of natural gas by more than 140 thousand cubic meters daily.
