In the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, thanks to the efforts of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the introduction of the latest achievements of science and technology into industry, the demand for qualified specialists, professionals in their field, is increasing. The consistent modernization of existing production creates the need to improve and enhance the skills of employees.
Based on these modern requirements, in order to implement the tasks, set before the domestic fuel and energy complex in the Program of the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan for the Period up to 2030, the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan established and put into operation the Training Center of the Türkmengaz State Concern. The main goal of the training center is to improve the skills and to retrain specialists of the oil and gas complex and foreign companies cooperating with the complex, to improve specialists in new conditions, using advanced technologies, modern information and current trends, and to educate students on the political and economic achievements of the country.
