The town of oil workers is a town of progress

The town of Seydi, located approximately 70-80 kilometers from Turkmenabat, is also known as the Town of Oil Workers. Founded in this region in 1973, along with its oil refinery, the town has borne the name of Seyitnazar Seydi, a prominent figure in Turkmen classical literature, for 35 years. The refinery manufactures products vital to the country’s economy.

As reported to the esteemed President at government meetings, the refinery was successfully modernizing its facilities. As a result, production volume has increased, as vividly demonstrated by the refinery’s production indicators.
