The branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan, carrying out its activities in accordance with the terms of the Supplementary Agreement to the Contract, announces a marketing survey for the purchase of the following chemical reagents:

1. Neutralizer “Hercules 54505”;

2. Corrosion inhibitor “Hercules 30617”;

3. Demulsifier "Hercules 1017".

The proposal must show the cost in manats or US dollars per 1 (one) ton and indicate the delivery time.

To participate in the marketing survey, you must within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement to do the following:

1.  To submit a written application on the official letterhead of the Applicant addressed to the Director of the Branch about the desire to participate in the tender, signed by an authorized person and certified by a seal, indicating the full name of the participant and its contact information (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications will not be accepted); 

2. To submit a tender proposal within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm, but not later than 06:00 p.m. local time on the 7th calendar day.

The proposal envelope must be sealed, signed by a person with full authority to sign it and properly drawn up, indicating the participant, recipient, date of announcement and subject of procurement. 

Proposals received later than the deadline set above will not be accepted.
