A new plant for the production of mineral and synthetic oils “Şir ýag” was put into operation in the Danev district of Lebap region.  The products are intended for a wide range of equipment that require special lubricants.

Mineral and synthetic oils produced here can be used for various passenger car engines and filled into transmissions, including those operating under heavy loads.  Oils for hydraulic systems and agricultural machinery are also produced.

The plant has equipment from the world's best manufacturers, specializing in the production of units used for the production of lubricants.  Finished products are tested for compliance with standards in a laboratory equipped with equipment from specialized companies in the USA, Japan, and European countries.

The plant is designed to produce 25 types of various lubricants.  The enterprise's capacity is 18 tons of products per day, or about 20 thousand tons per year.  The main source of raw materials for production are supplies from the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

At the plant, products are packaged in plastic containers with a volume of one, five and twenty liters, as well as in two-hundred-liter metal barrels.  It is noteworthy that the production of plastic containers has also been established here, which reduces the cost of finished products.
