Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in his congratulations to Vladimir Putin on his convincing victory in the presidential elections, noted the personal contribution of the Russian leader to strengthening friendship and cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russia.
The strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation is gradually developing and being filled with new content. “I consider it necessary to note your personal contribution to strengthening friendship and cooperation between our countries,” Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted in his congratulatory message to Vladimir Putin, published in the media of Turkmenistan.
The head of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan expressed “deep conviction that in the coming years, Turkmen-Russian relations will continue to strengthen in the spirit of mutual trust and respect”.
