The Tender Commission of the Hazar Consortium on behalf of the Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces a TENDER for the purchase of 3 (three) sets of SRPUs from world manufacturers, complete with ground equipment for their application in the wells of the Eastern Cheleken field and the service maintenance of the sucker rod pumping unit (SRPU) under the following Lot:  

Lot No. 1. 3 (three) sets of SRPUs, complete with ground equipment and the service maintenance of the sucker rod pumping unit (SRPU) at the Eastern Cheleken field.

To participate in the tender and to receive the terms of the tender within ten calendar days (until 6:00 p.m. local time) from the date of the publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, you should do the following: 

1. To pay the fee for participation in the tender. 

The amount of the fee for participation in the tender is 250.00 USD (Two hundred and fifty US dollars). VAT is not charged in accordance with the terms of the PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.
