The branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan, carrying out its activities in accordance with the terms of the Supplementary Agreement to the Contract, announces TENDER in RF roubles and manats No. 2024/37: “Execution of work on routine and major repairs of internal combustion engines of special equipment of the branch of V.D. Shashin PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan” according to the requirement specifications.

To participate in the tender, you are invited to do the following:

- to submit a written application to e-mail: tatneft.tender@mail.ru on the official letterhead of the Applicant addressed to the head of the branch about the desire to participate in the tender, signed by an authorized person and sealed with the mentioning of the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details (applications from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted); 

- or to send a written application to the address: Branch of PJSC Tatneft in Turkmenistan 59, Block 150, T. Satylov Street, 745100, Balkanabat, Turkmenistan;

- to receive terms of reference (requirements specification) and requirements for the design of a commercial proposal. The terms of reference (requirements specification) will be sent to the address indicated in the application;

- to submit a tender proposal in envelopes A and B within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm, but not later than 06:00 p.m. local time.

Proposals received later than the deadline set above will not be accepted.
