China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the prequalification process to Tender №. CIT-24075-SR Overhaul of the flare system at GPP-2. and Repair of the cooling system of the circulating water installation 4400(1,2) at GPP-2 on «Bagtiyarlyk» Contract Territory, Lebap velayat, Turkmenistan.

Any company interested in this tender may submit an application for participation in the tender, which must include the following documents and information:

• Application for participation in the tender.
• Provide complete company profile, business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other materials.
• Provide supporting documents on Company registration, licenses and certificates.   
• Provide certification of complete registered capital and audited financial reports for the last three years.
• Confirmation of the results associated with the implementation of similar projects in the oil and gas industry over the past five years and no less than 2 times.
• A letter of commitment signed by the legal representative or authorized representative and affixed with the official seal, to promise no suspending or revoking of the license, not to be under of liquidation procedures, to be declared bankrupt, or to be otherwise incapable of performing contracts.

Deadline for submission of applications within 10 (days) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Prequalification documents must be prepared by companies in both English and English, and the descriptions must be bound and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified seals and with cover letters (in the amount of 2 copies and must be included in a scanned version of the document in full).
