   To receive the terms of reference, you need to do the following: 

1. To submit a written application to e-mail: tatneft.tender@mail.ru on the official letterhead of the Applicant addressed to the head of the branch about the desire to participate in the tender, signed by an authorized person and sealed with the mentioning of the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details (applications from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted); 

2.   To receive the terms of reference.  The terms of reference (requirements specification) will be sent to the address indicated in the application;

3.   To submit a tender proposal within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm but not later than 06:00 p.m. local time on the 7th working day. 

   Proposals received later than the deadline set above will not be accepted.
