A conference entitled "Halal zähmet - abadan maşgala" was held within the walls of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the State Concern "Turkmengas", organized by the Council of the Trade Union of Workers of the Oil and Gas Industry Complex of Turkmenistan together with the primary organization of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas.

The acting chairman of the Council of the Trade Union of Workers of the Oil and Gas Industry Complex of Turkmenistan Geldymurad Seytiev, assistant judge of the Berkararlyk District Court of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan Shirin Ashirova, head of the website management department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Merdan Yagshiyev and head of the primary organization of the trade union of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas Myrat Bayramgylyjov spoke during the meeting.

As noted in the speeches, the upbringing of the younger generation within the framework of highly moral ethical standards, as hardworking, honest, conscientious people, determines the comprehensive development of society.

The main and important school for the upbringing of the younger generation is the family, which plays an important role in the formation of personality. Honesty and conscientiousness, responsiveness, hard work, dedication - such qualities are inherited by children by the example of their parents - mothers and fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers.

The Turkmen family living in our modern society is characterized by the best qualities, such as cohesion, honesty, peacefulness, mutual understanding and respect, honor for elders, love for the younger.

In the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, as a result of the successful implementation of large-scale reforms in all areas under the wise leadership of the esteemed President, the standard of living of the population is increasing. All conditions have been created in our country so that young people can receive a modern education, improve, build, create and develop. Therefore, it is the duty of each of us to work honestly and conscientiously, to selflessly serve our beloved Homeland.
