President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Emomali Rahmon of the Republic of Tajikistan on his birthday, TDH reported on October 5.
"As a wise and far-sighted statesman, you have worked tirelessly for the benefit of the people for many years.
