93 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

 Entrepreneurs from the PRC, Great Britain and Turkey purchased total and calcined petroleum coke produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR) for foreign currency.

 Also, colorless sheet glass and cotton yarn were sold for foreign currency.  Purchasing countries: Russian Federation, UAE, Great Britain, Turkey, Uzbekistan.

 The total amount of transactions exceeded USD 9 million 918 thousand.

 For manat funds, representatives of business circles from the UAE, Great Britain, Turkey, Kazakhstan purchased cotton yarn for a total of more than 21 million 248 thousand manat.

 Domestic businessmen bought for the local market polypropylene, polypropylene bags and co-extruded polypropylene film manufactured at the TCOR, as well as hand-made carpets, cotton fiber, plastic products.  The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 105 million 29 thousand manat.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is on a two-day state visit to Uzbekistan on July 14-15 at the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports. International transport conference in Ashgabat will bring together representatives of more than 170 foreign companies

Next Monday, Ashgabat will host an international conference dedicated to the restoration of transport and transit corridors to strengthen regional and interregional interconnections and development.
