The “Khazar” consortium, consisting of the Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) CJSC and “Mitro International Limited”, operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement in relation to the Khazar Contract Area (East Cheleken field), conducts marketing survey for the purchase of cartridges and toners for the “Khazar” Consortium according to the following Application:

To participate in the marketing survey within ten calendar days (until 18-00 local time) from the date of publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, you must:

1. Prepare an applicant's request for participation in the marketing survey (in any form on an official letterhead signed by authorized persons and certified by the company seal with contact information and e-mail addresses) and send to the following e-mail addresses.

2. Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan must be registered with the "Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan" and provide a copy of the certificate.
