The consortium "Khazar", consisting of CJSC "Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company" (NaPeCo) and the Company "Mitro International Limited", carrying out its activities in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement in relation to the Khazar Contract Area (East Cheleken field), conducts marketing survey for the purchase of PSZHG components for killing wells in the East Cheleken field of the Khazar Contractual Area according to the following Application:

Application No. 22 dated November 12, 2020 – PSKF (Polysaccharide kill fluid) components for well killing (BS-1 crosslinker in the amount of 225 kg, GPG-3 gel former in the amount of 650 kg, SP-RD complex crosslinker in the amount of 650 kg).

To participate in the marketing survey within ten calendar days (until 18-00 local time) from the date of publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, you must:

1. Prepare an applicant's request for participation in the marketing survey (in any form on an official letterhead signed by authorized persons and certified by the company seal with contact information and e-mail addresses) and send to the following e-mail addresses.

2. Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan must be registered with the "Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan" and provide a copy of the certificate.
