Last week, 26 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Business representatives from the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan purchased base oil and polypropylene produced at the processing facilities of the State Concern Turkmennebit for foreign currency.

Cotton yarn, wheat flour, licorice root extract, and bedding sets were also sold for foreign currency. The purchasing countries included the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Serbia.

The total transaction value exceeded $4 million.

Domestic entrepreneurs purchased base oil and polypropylene (SC Turkmennebit), technical sulfur (SC Turkmengas), as well as wheat flour, crude fatty acids of cotton soapstock, cotton fabric, textile waste for a total of more than 124 million 806 thousand manats on the domestic market.
