The amount of foreign exchange transactions at the auction trades exceeded $29.8 million

 160 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

 Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan purchased gasoline and aviation kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as ECO-93 gasoline (SC "Turkmengas") for foreign currency.

 Also, colorless sheet glass, cotton yarn, dyed terry products were sold for foreign currency. Purchasing countries: Afghanistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan.

 The total amount of transactions exceeded $29 million 826 thousand USD.

 For manat funds, representatives of business circles from China bought Saraja wool in the amount of 3 million 960 thousand manat.

 For the local market, domestic businessmen purchased polypropylene and packaging film produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as hand-made carpets and cotton lint. The total amount of transactions amounted to over 48 million 626 thousand manat.
