President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said it, speaking on September 1 in the capital's Congress Center, where he held a general lesson on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth and the beginning of the new academic year.

The construction of one of the largest projects of the century, the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline, continued. All this work strengthened the position of Turkmenistan in the world as a powerful energy state.
«We are currently building large industrial complexes equipped with modern technologies and the latest scientific achievements. The products manufactured at the polymer plant in Kiyanly are in great demand on the world market. We have implemented the world's first large-scale project for the production of synthetic fuel from natural gas», Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized.
The plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas in the Akhal region produced ECO-93 gasoline, which was environmentally friendly and meets the Euro-5 standard. All this further increased the economic potential of our country and brings great income, the President noted.
