On behalf of the tender commission, the Turkmengaz State Concern announces an international tender

“For the design and construction of a turnkey gas chemical plant for the production of polyvinyl acetate in the Dashoguz velayat” on the basis of direct investments with the terms of production sharing and in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.

To the address: Office 17.24a, Directorate of Foreign Economic Relations Turkmengaz State Concern, 56, Archabil Shayoly, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan,

you are proposed to do the following:

– to submit a signed and sealed written proposal (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, proposals are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details, in a closed and sealed envelope with a covering letter;  

– to be acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan “On hydrocarbon resources”;

– to obtain from the Directorate of Foreign Economic Relations of the Turkmengaz State Concern the requirements specification, the main terms of the contract and the necessary information for submitting the Proposal;

– To submit tender proposals within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, but no later than 06:00 p.m. local time on the 30th calendar day;

– Proposals received later than the deadline set above will not be accepted;

– Packages with Proposals must be delivered to the above address.
