Liquefied gas and polyethylene are in the top of the exchange trades of the auction

 At the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week, 24 transactions were registered.

 Businessmen from Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas produced by the SC «Turkmengas» for foreign currency.  Entrepreneurs from Turkey, Poland, the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan purchased polyethylene (SC «Turkmenchemistry»).

 The total amount of foreign exchange transactions exceeded 25 million 509 thousand US dollars.

 For manat funds, representatives of business circles from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased handmade carpets for a total amount of more than 48 thousand manats.

 On the local market, domestic businessmen purchased polyethylene produced by Türkmenhimiýa Group of Companies, cotton fiber and handmade carpets for a total amount of over 160 million 269 thousand manat.

New Agarguyi gas field commissioned

Lifting drilling rigs for repairing gas wells were accepted by gas workers as a worthy gift from the head of state – the President on the occasion of the country’s major holiday.
