CNPC “International Ltd.” Turkmenistan branch is started the prequalification process to Tender №. СIT-21053-SR on Basic Engineering for Phase III Gas Fields (Agayry, Tagara, East Kuvatag & Akkumulam) Surface Facilities in East Block B in Bagtyjarlyk Contract Area of Turkmenistan.

        The East Block B Gas Fields (Agayry, Tagara, East Kuvatag & Akkumulam) Surface Facilities consists of nineteen (19) Wellheads and Single Flowlines, (3) gas gathering stations, 1 Testing Manifold, Gas trunk Pipeline, and associated electrical, automatic control, communication, water supply and drainage, HVAC, cathodic protection, plot plan, building, structure, firefighting, and other auxiliary and utility systems. The total forecasted gas production of the four gas fields shall be 18.2×10⁸m³/a.

        CNPCI Turkmenistan informs that the scope of work for this Tender is described as below:

1.       Engineering geologic investigation report and topographical survey report;

2.       Basic Design for Phase III Gas Fields (Agayry, Tagara, East Kuvatag & Akkumulam) Surface Facilities in East Block B;

3.       Safety Evaluation Report and Environment Evaluation Report;

4.       Provide technical support for HAZOP activity and provide the Close-Up Report of HAZOP Study;

5.       MR Packages for all Long Lead Items (LLI) and provide technical and commercial support during LLI bidding and procurement as required by Company;

6.       Provide Support Service for EPCC Bidding as per Company's requirement;

7.       Attend various meetings such as review meeting, report meeting, explanation and clarification meeting with Company, and local Authority or Agency;

8.       Submit the Basic Design documents to Turkmenistan Authorities for design review, and respond to the review comments and obtain all necessary review conclusions from Turkmenistan Authorities.
