The heads of Turkmenistan and Pakistan discussed further interstate dialogue

 Commitment to relations of friendship and brotherhood with Pakistan was confirmed by the newly elected President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in a telephone conversation with President of Pakistan Arif Alvi, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported on Tuesday.

 Alvi congratulated the elected head of Turkmenistan, wishing Serdar Berdimuhamedov great success in the highest state post.

 The parties expressed confidence that the constructive cooperation established in recent years will be worthy of continuation in the near future.

 The President of Pakistan also talked with President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who reported on the results of the elections in the country and his intention to continue active work as Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh.

 Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov thanked the Pakistani President for his great personal contribution to the development of interstate dialogue and fruitful cooperation.
