The Tender Commission of the Hazar Consortium on behalf of the Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement in respect of the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), informs of the EXTENSION OF THE DATE for applications and tender offers in order to attract a wider range of suppliers for the provision of maintenance and repair services for ESP units, manufactured by JSC Novomet-Perm, at the Eastern Cheleken field in the Hazar Contractual Territory (one Lot). 

EXPLANATION: due to the extension of the tender deadline, the last day for submitting applications for participation in the tender is set to 14 calendar days from the date of the publication of the announcement on the extension of the deadline for submitting applications and tender proposals, and the last day for submitting tender proposals is set to 30 calendar days from the date of the publication of the announcement on the extension of the deadline of the submission of applications and tender proposals. 

In order to participate in the tender within fourteen calendar days (until 6:00 p.m. local time) from the date of the publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, it is necessary to do the following: 

1. To pay the fee for participation in the tender. 

The amount of the fee for participation in the tender is 250.00 USD (Two hundred and fifty US dollars). VAT is not charged in accordance with the terms of the PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.
