At the auction, the products of the fuel and energy complex were sold to the foreign and domestic markets

 167 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

 Representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Great Britain, Singapore, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan purchased gasoline, liquefied gas, hydrotreated diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries for foreign currency.  Entrepreneurs from Turkey and Afghanistan also purchased liquefied gas (SC «Turkmengas»).  Polyethylene produced by the SC «Turkmenchemistry» has become the subject of transactions between businessmen from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.

 Buyers from Turkey and Kyrgyzstan also purchased terry products and cotton yarn for foreign currency.

 The total amount of transactions amounted to about 69 million US dollars.

 Entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan purchased cotton yarn for the amount of 567,000 manats for manats.

For the local market domestic businessmen purchased cotton yarn in the amount of 99 thousand 400 US dollars, as well as high-density polyethylene and polypropylene (SC «Turkmenchemistry»), handmade carpets for a total amount of about 160 million manats.
