The branch of China National Oil and Gas International Corporation Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for Tender No. CIT-22009-MR for the purchase of string heads, API standard casing pipes, thick-walled casing pipes, sulfur-resistant casing pipes and cementing accessories for drilling wells within the Bagtyyarlyk Contractual Territory. 

Basic information:   

• Delivery time: all materials must be supplied in two consignments: the delivery of the first consignment within 4 months after signing the contract, the delivery of the second consignment in February 2023. 
• The types of materials you submit must have been used in operation for many years and have evidence of their good quality and high safety. 
• The string head and liner hanger must be manufactured by a world famous company, the string head and hanger must be suitable for use in gas fields with high hydrogen sulfide content. The string head and hanger supplier must send their engineer to the drilling site to provide maintenance during the installation of the string head and hanger. 
• In order to guarantee the quality of casing pipes, API casing pipes, thick-walled casing pipes and sulphur-resistant casing pipes, they must be manufactured by a world-famous universal steel company, whose annual production of casing pipes must be at least 1.0 million tons a year. 

        Any company interested in this tender can apply for participation, presenting the following documents: 

• If the Participant is a manufacturer of materials, please provide the following information on the Company: a description of the main area of activities; information on registration and licensing and other qualification documents; product catalog; financial statements and a report on financial audits conducted for the last three years; experience in the supply of string heads, casing pipes and cementing accessories for the last 3 years.
• If the Participant is a sales agent, please provide information on your company and manufacturer, including brief information, registered documents, manufacturer’s authorization document, manufacturer’s product catalog and the annual capacity of your agented materials and their sales for the last 3 years. 
• The standard meeting which this product is manufactured. 
• Product reviews from real users. 
• Local companies must provide a copy of the registration certificate of the membership to the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan. 

            Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be provided in book binding and in a hermetically sealed envelope, certified by a seal and with a cover letter (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed).
