Petrochemical products sold at exchange auctions

Last week, 9 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from Tajikistan purchased petrochemical products, in particular, urea (production of the State Corporation «Turkmenchemistry»).
Also, cotton yarn, one-colored and jacquard terry products in assortment, as well as mineral fertilizers were sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries: Turkey, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan.
The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 3 million 251 thousand US dollars.
For manats, representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates purchased cotton yarn in the amount of over 2,921,000 manats.
For the local market, domestic businessmen purchased high-density polyethylene (SC «Turkmenchemistry») in the amount of 1,440,000 manats.
