The State Concern “Turkmengas” on behalf of the tender commission

announces an international tender for the selection of a contractor.

Lot # 1 - " Pipes and metal products»;

Lot # 2 – " General plant equipment»;

Lot # 3 - "Electrical products".

You are invited to the address: Ashgabat 1939, Archabil Avenue 56, 13th floor

MEPO of the SC “Turkmengas” to:

- submit a written application (from companies registered or having bank accounts

in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in

the tender indicating the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of

registration and details;

- get acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan “On tenders for the supply of

goods, performance of work, the provision of services for state needs”, with an

extract from the “Tender Rules” and a list of documents required to participate in

the tender.

Get an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 500 (five Hundred) us dollars

or equivalent in manats (excluding VAT and Bank expenses) for one Lot for

participation in the tender on a free basis;

Tender offers are accepted until 12 o’clock-14.10.2020 local time.

Offers received after the deadline set above will not be accepted;

The account for transferring funds will be specified when submitting a written

request.

One sealed envelope with the full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic

seal must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the

announcement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.

The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the

main terms of the contract (in the “Word” format») and technical and economic

specification (in Excel format).
