The work of the fuel and energy complex results for 10 months were considered at the industry meeting

Last Saturday, a reporting meeting was held in the Central building of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the results of the work carried out over the past 10 months of the year since the beginning of the year of the “Epoch of people with Arkadag”. The meeting discussed the tasks set by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the oil and gas complex at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, held on November 4 via digital video link and dedicated to the results of the country's socio-economic development in January-October this year.

At the reporting meeting, chaired by the Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh.Abdrakhmanov, the Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" G.Agajanov, the Chairman of the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" M.Rozyev, the General Director of CJSC "Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company" M.Pirliev, and as well as heads of departments and enterprises of the complex.

The speeches reflected the results of the work done in January-October of this year, as well as important aspects of the implementation of the "Program for the development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030". The speakers dwelled in detail on the tasks set by the President for the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, in particular, on the targeted development of investments aimed at the structures of the complex, the widespread introduction of modern technologies into production in order to efficiently use the country's natural resources, the development of mutually beneficial cooperation with reliable foreign partners, and the increase in the effectiveness of geological exploration , seismic and drilling operations, discovery and development of new hydrocarbon deposits through the use of modern technologies, as well as aspects of their implementation.

During the meeting, the high level of organization of the XXVII International Conference and Exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan-2022" held on October 26-28 in the capital Ashgabat was noted. The Vice-Chairman Sh. Abdrakhmanov instructed the organizers of the forum to expand its scale in the future and create comprehensive conditions for representatives of all foreign companies, highly professional experts, as well as business circles wishing to take part in it.

At the end of the meeting, summing up its results, the Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. Abdrakhmanov drew attention to the need for diligent work of each labor collective in order to ensure the stable development of the oil and gas industry, which is one of the leading sectors of the national economy. The Vice-Chairman also expressed his sincere gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who is showing all-round concern for creating all conditions for the successful completion of the fuel and energy complex of the current year and meeting with the high labor achievements of the new 2023.
