The Tender Commission of the Hazar Consortium on behalf of the Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), informs of the extension of the deadlines for submission of applications for participation and tender proposals in order to attract a wider range of suppliers to the tender for the purchase of 3 (three) sets of SRP from leading Russian manufacturers (one Lot). 

EXPLANATION: Due to the extension of the tender deadlines, the last day for submitting applications for participation in the tender is set to 15 calendar days from the date of the publication of the announcement on the extension of the deadlines for submitting applications for participation and tender proposals, the last day for submitting tender proposals is set for 45 calendar days from the date of the publication of the announcement of the extension of the deadlines for the submission of applications for participation and tender proposals. 

To participate in the tender and to receive the terms of the tender within 15 calendar days (until 6:00 p.m. local time) from the date of the publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, you should do the following: 

1. To pay the fee for participation in the tender. 

The amount of the fee for participation in the tender is 250.00 USD (Two hundred and fifty US dollars). VAT is not charged in accordance with the terms of the PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.

2. To develop a written application of the applicant for participation in the tender (in any form).
