INTERNATIONAL TENDER

for the development of a feasibility study "Conceptual strategy for the development of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries and the Seydi oil refinery"

You are invited to the Department of EER of Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries at the address: Turkmenistan, Balkan region, Turkmenbashi city to:

- submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers.

- familiarize yourself with The "rules for tenders for the selection of contractors of works and services for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan".

- get a technical assignment.

The terms of reference can be found on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm

            To participate in the tender, he will pay a special (tender) fee in the amount of 1725 US dollars (including VAT).

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified when submitting a written application.

Tender proposals should be sent to the Department of ERR of Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries at the address: Turkmenistan, Balkan region, Turkmenbashi city, TCOR and accepted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication to 17: 00 local time.

An account for the transfer of funds will be indicated upon submission of a written application.

Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement, and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds in the account.

Deliver commercial offers in sealed two envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope should contain a commercial offer with prices for the offered products.
