China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-23033-SR “Service on assembling, disassembling, transportation and capital repairs at factory of the manufacturer of gas turbine Solar for gas compressor unit No3, No4, No5 and replacement of dry gas seal compressor No5 on BCS for CNPCI Turkmenistan.                                                                                                             

           Any company who is interested in this tender can apply for participation. The application for tender participation shall include the following documents:

1.      Application on participation in Tender.

2.      Brief introduction about company with background, full name of company and legal status, Local company registration and licensing information.

3.      Company financial status and audited financial reports for the last three years.

4.      Experience in provision of the similar projects for the last three years.

5.      Location and current condition of the proposed units and equipment for this tender.

6.      A copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

7.      Project authorization from Solar Turbine.

8.      Contractor must provide 2 specialists for mechanical equipment, 2 specialists for measurement and automatic equipment, 1 specialist for safety jobs with certifications approving their qualifications.

9.      Contractor must have the entire set of necessary tools for assembling/disassembling gas turbine engine such as high accuracy laser tool for alignment, laser level indicator, torque-measuring wrenches.

10.  Contractor must have a power lift truck with load-carrying ability of no less than 5 tons & qualified drivers with license.

      Deadline for submission of applications within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents which arrived after deadline and by e-mail will not be accepted.

       Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be provided in sealed stamped packages with the signed cover letter. (in quantity of 2 copies and the scanned version of the document also has to be without fail enclosed). Please specify the name of the addressee, sender, number and the name of the tender on cover of package.
